New Age false prophetess Elizabeth Clare Prophet has died. I feel sorry for this lost soul... but I feel even more sorry for the untold thousands of people this woman -- as a tool of her demonic "Ascended Masters" -- deceived during her lifetime.

From the Los Angeles Times, October 18th, 2009:
Elizabeth Clare Prophet dies at 70; former leader of religious sect
She was the head of the Church Universal and Triumphant, which gained notoriety in the late 1980s for its followers' elaborate preparations for nuclear Armageddon.
Elizabeth Clare Prophet, retired spiritual leader of the Church Universal and Triumphant, which was based for several years in a Calabasas headquarters called Camelot and gained notoriety in the late 1980s for its followers' elaborate preparations for nuclear Armageddon, has died. She was 70.
Prophet, who had Alzheimer's disease, died Thursday in Bozeman, Mont., her legal guardian, Murray Steinman, told the Associated Press.
The church's beliefs combined aspects of the world's major religions, mixing Western philosophy with mysticism. Despite Prophet's illness, her videos and writings continued to dominate teaching in the church, which has transformed into a New Age publishing enterprise and spiritual university.
Prophet was called "Guru Ma" by her followers, who believe she received "dictations" from such "ascended masters" as Jesus, Buddha and St. Germain. She retired in 1999 from an active role in the church, which once had about 50,000 members.

God gave her 70 years. She chose to follow her own righteousness. Thus her life will be judged for what it is.
ReplyDeleteHe that is holy, let him be holy still and he that is filthy, let him be filthy still.
Job well done Elizabeth! Life here is something else, and by God you did the very best you knew how and so many of us have benefitted and will continue to benefit from your writings! we may not necessarily agree with everything but I'd be lying if I said I have not benefitted alot from your work! Peace be with ya, great and mighty peaceful one....
ReplyDeleteWell if you really think she was a great woman, I feel quite sorry for you. This is a woman who rejected the Christian faith and instead chose to make herself a conduit for unclean spirits to transmit their Satanic doctrines to gullible people.
ReplyDeleteJesus made it quite clear: "...if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.” (John 8:24)
I hope and pray you don't end up following down the same path this woman did.
the Liar has died, she might just have become more dangerous than ever, as a human being her disastrous predictions, unfulfilled prophecies, contradictory teachings and her final decease and death (which are shameful and humiliating for someone who can allegedly communicate with god and has the wisdom and power of the saints at her call) marked her as a regular woman to rational people, but now her followers worship a ghost, who will now be spared the need of any analysis at all,and will be worshiped more than ever I fear, anyway let's hope that after a few years the CUT crumbles and returns to where it came from the imagination of a misguided woman.
ReplyDeleteElizabeth Clare Prophet in all sense of the word a FALSE Prophet.
ReplyDeleteTo some she was known as Elizabeth Clear Profit, for here soliciting worldwide donations, contributions and tithing to fund her lavish and indulgent lifestyle. All the while many of her ardent followers were languishing in near poverty.
I know this only too well, as I was a one time adherent to her new age religion / church, for many years.
That which which she teaches her followers is totally and absolutely absurd.I greatly pity those who are swept up in the false and delusional euphoria of the ECP nonsense.
All of her followers are subjected to extreme brainwashing and mind control techniques, whilst spending many hours each week chanting the ECP created nursery rhymes which have no positive effect whatsoever on one's health or well being.
As the song goes:
"Ding Dong! The Witch is dead. Which old Witch? The Wicked Witch!
Ding Dong! The Wicked Witch is dead.
Wake up - sleepy head, rub your eyes, get out of bed.
Wake up, the Wicked Witch is dead. She's gone where the goblins go,
Below - below - below. Yo-ho, let's open up and sing and ring the bells out.
Ding Dong' the merry-oh, sing it high, sing it low.
Let them know
The Wicked Witch is dead!"

ReplyDeleteI loved Elizabeth Clare Prophet & still love her wherever she is now. She taught her followers the realization of God consciousness.
