Insane. Breathtaking. I cant even think of enough words to describe it. The president pushes this insane amnesty bill and now he want to lash out at those who oppose it? He says those who criticize the bill "dont want to do what's right for America"??!!
Yes I understand that deporting 12-20 million people is practically impossible. But what message does it send when we make them legal residents and then citizens? Well, it sends the message that our immigration laws dont matter. And that bad behavior/lawbreaking will eventually be rewarded. It also sends a message to others all over the world that if you want to come to the US illegally, just do it, wait a few years, and you'll get ammnesty too.
Frankly this bill is an insult to the American people in so many ways its not even funny. I'm reminded of the expression "Dont pee on my leg and tell me its raining". But thats exactly what this govenment is doing to all of us. They dont want to talk about the unspoken realities behind this bill, and behind the amnesy/open borders movent in particular. They dont like to mention that the Democrats love it because they know these millions of people will eventually vote for the Democrats more than republicans, and that could tip the balance in presidential elections for decades to come. And even Republicans who dont like the idea on principle, feel like they have to support the bill or be labeled anti-Hispanic; if the Democrats stick the "anti-Hispanic" label on them, it could cost them millions of votes and put Washington in Democratic hands for generations to come. So rather than do whats right, they do whats politically expedient.
The president and others claim this bill has security provisions that will help protect our border in the future. I guess they thing we're too dumb to realize that there already are existing laws now that , if enforced, would protect our border. We're the only country on earth that would allow 10,000+ illegals a day to cross its border and then one day reward them with a "path to citizenship".
Still, as much as I rant and rave about this (and I could really rant on this a lot more) I know this is just another step to the inevitable: The North American Union. It's coming. The elites in North America know this. Too bad most Americans still dont have a clue about what the North American Union even is . By the time they do, it will be too late. Frankly, its already too late.

Opponents of the controversial immigration deal forged by the White House and a bipartisan group of senators in private meetings "don't want to do what's right for America," President Bush said in a speech today.
"The fundamental question is, will elected officials have the courage necessary to put a comprehensive immigration plan in place," Bush told students and instructors at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Ga.
The president argued the proposal, which offers a path to citizenship for the more than 12 million illegal immigrants, will make "it more likely we can enforce our border—and at the same time uphold the great immigrant tradition of the United States of America." ....
